Before receiving treatment:
You will need to wash your hands with soap and water in the washroom when you arrive.
During the treatment:
For our safety and in accordance with the Ontario Ministry of Health’s recommendation, I wear a procedure mask as well as safety goggles, and you are required to wear a mask during your appointment.
You can bring your own clean disposable or reusable mask, or you can purchase an individually wrapped medical procedure mask at my clinic, for $2.00.
The clinic room will be cleaned and disinfected before and after each treatment, this includes high touch surfaces including doorknobs, light switches, chairs, tables, headrest, armrest, mat, oil/lotion bottle, clothes basket, pens, POS machine, and floor.
You can bring your own pen if you wish. Water to drink is not provided at this moment. So please bring your own.
Blankets, pillow covers, and an oil/lotion bottle holster will be changed after each treatment as well as sheets, headrest cover, and towels. As well, I will change my mask and entire working clothes after each treatment.
My priority will always be keeping my clients safe, and I will help guide you through all of the new policies and procedures so you can feel as safe as possible when you come in for a treatment.
If you have any questions or concerns, I would be happy to help in any way possible.
